| WWU Festival, Saturday, March 13th Directions to the Performing Arts Center at Western Washington University, parking instructions and a schedule for the entire Festival can be found in attachments to your most recent email from BIYO. Please note that Car parking is available by permit ($2 or $3 fee) - stop at the visitor center and ask for a permit close to the PAC. There are 20 minute loading/unloading spaces behind the PAC (lots 11G and 25G) for instrument drop-off (car use, only). The Festival starts at 8:00am and runs until 6:30pm, BUT we do not have to be there until 1:00pm. Schedule: 1:00pm Arrive at PAC Lobby to check in with Reid 1:15-2:15 Listen to Olympia High School Junior, and Edmonds High School perform in the PAC Concert Hall 2:15 Transit to Warm Up Room #24 (I’m assuming there will be a tiny break in action between performance ending and clinician coming to the stage to work with the group. At that break, our group can exit the Concert Hall to go to their Warm Up room) 2:30-2:55 Warm Up 3:05-3:40 Perform in Concert Hall 3:40-4:05 Clinic in Room #16 4:05-4:45 Break and Transit to Master Classes 4:45-5:45 Master Classes in separate Rooms for violin, viola, cello and chamber 5:50-6:15 WWU Symphony Orchestra Performance in Concert Hall 6:15-6:30 Awards Ceremony in Concert Hall Meals: **Lunch and Dinner are available on campus, but this is OPTIONAL.
