SCHEDULE:

4:50 pm     Arrive at the Library to unpack your instruments and stow your cases

5:00 pm     Library closes for regular business - set up and tune and start our concert as soon as we are able

5:10 - 6:00 pm     Concert

6:00 pm     Pizza !!! downstairs and a short presentation

6:45 - 7:00 pm     Pick up

7:00 pm     Library Patron Party ends

DRESS CODE:  Wear your new BIYO T-shirt (these will be handed out at rehearsal on March 8th) and black pants or skirt, black shoes.  

WHAT TO BRING:  Music stand, instrument, Orchestra music (from BOTH semesters),individual music if you are playing a solo or a duet;  Cello players individual chair if needed, end-pin holder.
